Twin Tudors Inn KP1404 Rooms: 1404 South Main Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57105 (One Property South of KP1400)

Location:  McKennan Park Neighborhood, Sherman Historic District, near Downtown Sioux Falls, near Mc Kennan Park, near Avera Hospital, near Sanford Hospital.  

Parking: KP1400 has two offstreet parking spots in driveway facing 22nd Street.  KP1404 has four off street parking spots behind property along fence line between property and garage. Street parking is available on 22nd Street and Main Avenue be sure to not block driveways/alleys from others entering or exiting.  Garage spaces are available for rent contact owner for pricing and availability.  Please do not block KP1404 driveway so access is allowed in and out of KP1404 North Garage door.
